The centre of Nelson Bay for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, a supermarket and the marina is only 1.3 kilometres. It is also adjacent to the Bartlett cycle way and pathway which boasts beautiful coastal scenery.
the duplex - 'pollys' view,' 117a government road is an architecturally designed property spanning four levels and with three balconies to take in the views or just chill The living areas include separate lounge and family rooms with LED TV's (and a powder room). The lounge has a 65 inch Smart TV with access to Foxtel, Netflix and a sound bar to wirelessly stream music. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for cooking enthusiasts, fitted with an induction cook top, multi function oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (limited pods supplied only) and a filtered drinking water system.
