upstairs has ducted air conditioning throughout with a large living/ dining area with a wall mounted tv, dvd player, netflix and free nbn wi-fi and a fabulous deck with water views, lounge and dining facilities which is perfect for your afternoon bbq's The property has a large, renovated, fully equipped modern kitchen with a butlers pantry and full cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, under bench oven, family size fridge/ freezer and a large island bench with barstools for extra dining. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making, the main bedroom also having water views and an ensuite with shower toilet and vanity. The modern main bathroom is on the upstairs level and has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
