Positive: Clean comfortable quiet close to beach access .
Negative: Basement had a musty smell. We did not want to sleep there. We only used the bathroom on that floor. Washer hose came out of drain and flooded floor. We notified them immediately but no one came to clean up while we were there.
Summary: Nice but would like closer to beach to open window and hear the ocean
