The property is a 10-acre oasis of wilderness turned into a private park, including a secluded picnic area on the river bank with a fire pit and multiple decks and balconies overlooking the gardens and valley. You will share the property with birds, deer, wild turkeys, and turtles, which are often seen along the picturesque nature trail. You'll be minutes from the shops and restaurants of Broadway, yet emersed in nature.
