The terrace edge is open and there is a 1 foot gap from the ground to the bottom trellis due to it being elevated as many properties are on the Broads - please bear this in mind if bringing small dogs or children.. Be sure to bring your fishing rods, since fishing (in season and with a licence) is available from the end of the garden. River View offers open-plan living accommodation with sliding, floor-to-ceiling window doors for those amazing river views leading to a newly decked terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the boats pass by. River View also boasts its quay-headed mooring. If you are bringing your boat, you will have use of our slipway access at our nearby marina - by prior arrangement.

One pub is just across the river, and another is within a short stroll. With the train station less than half a mile away you can visit Norwich (8 miles away) for shopping, theatre, restaurants, inns, cafés, castles museums and history, or Great Yarmouth for ice cream on the beach and seaside fun at the Pleasure Beach.
