The space: The Middleton Manor House has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 wc. The property has had a 3 million pound investment and 2 years to complete the conversion and refurbishment specifically for holiday letting. It now incorporates the latest in contemporary design, with every conceivable luxurious extra, yet Heritage sensitive and friendly as the Manor is a grade 2 listed building. On the ground floor there is a gorgeous open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table (seats 20) and lounge. You can relax for quiet time by the Reading Nook, but it doesn’t end there. On the ground floor we have 5 decadent bedrooms, each individually designed and themed with 4 full bathrooms between them (this is very convenient and perfect for elderly or disabled access). The design is lavish and unique, from contemporary and minimalist bedrooms and bathrooms, the Manor and its spaces will wow you. Did we mention, the lounge and its modern fireplace is the perfect cosy place to relax in, as well as the socialising and party hub of the Manor, especially thanks to the integrated full surround sound system in the entire house. The cinema room off the main hallway on the ground floor is the perfect space for movie nights. Upstairs we have 2 additional master suites with 4 poster beds, and a full ensuite in each. Then comes the main upstairs day space with a full vaulted ceiling open plan casino, games room, night club, bar and arcades room. This is fully complemented with disco lights, smoke machines, full surround sound system, as well as a full Instagram live wall. This will guarantee you a party and memories of lifetime, as well as social media content for foreseeable future. Complementing the audacious interior is the outside space, consisting of boutique garden areas on the beach, outdoor heated Hot Tub, eating areas and outdoor kitchen, including masonry BBQ, outdoor stone pizza oven, fire pit, gazebo, along with secure gated access and 15 vehicle parking.
