Fishing, tennis, horse riding, pony trekking and an 18-hole golf course are all close by. The Tarka Trail is one of the country’s longest, traffic-free, walking and cycling paths, and forms part of the Devon Coast to Coast cycle route. Beach 27 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.
