perfect family home in sunset beach near the ocean, fort to sea trail, sunset lake and the beach Not in the city, not in the country, but situated between Sunset Lake and Sunset Beach on close to 1/2 acre, this warm inviting house has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace for those balmy summer nights. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, open floor plan, deck with picnic table and gas BBQ which is accessed from either the living room sliding doors, or the master bedroom, you won't want to leave this beautiful home. The spacious living room has a large flat screen tv and ceiling fans. The Master Suite has a King Bed, walk in shower and sliding doors that lead to the spacious back deck. There is a fully stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher and dining for 8 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. The second and 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th has a Queen and twin bunk beds. The yard is like your own private park with volleyball/badminton net, horseshoe pit, a cabinet with different lawn toys, another picnic table and some benches. There is a deer feeder on the property as well so, if you're lucky you can take in some wildlife while relaxing on the deck. Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach, or a short drive to Seaside or Astoria, this perfect family retreat has something for everyone. The adorable wood bear carvings will be sure to delight the kids, too! Up to 3 dogs OK with permission and $75 pet fee per pet.
