Located just 2 miles from the surfing beach at Westward Ho!, this beautiful detached modern house was built in 2023 and has all the benefits of a contemporary property including underfloor heating throughout and a clean, crisp, quality feel wherever you look. The spacious accommodation is perfect for up to eight guests and comprises of four bedrooms on the ground floor; two kingsize rooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and Smart TVs, another kingsize and a twin bedroom. On the same floor is a family bathroom with a bath. Upstairs on the first floor you’ll find a large open plan living space with a Smart TV and patio doors leading out onto the decking, from where you can enjoy the gorgeous views out towards the sea and then there’s the fantastic quality kitchen with everything you need to cook a lovely family meal. Then there’s the entertainment room, especially handy when the weather isn’t on your side, with a football table and Smart TV. There’s access from the first floor to the rear garden and patio which is on different levels, and tucked away in a corner is the hot tub, perfect for starry nights or sunny days with the lovely view in front of you.
