dog friendly: up to 2 dogs only, no other pets There is a $25 pet fee. Dogs must be house broken and must be kept off the furniture. Must be kept on leash when outside. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
parking: no street parking allowed Park in driveway (4 medium vehicles or 2 large ones) and RV pad (1 vehicle).
cameras: two security cameras are on the front of the house facing the driveway There is a Ring doorbell. There is another security camera with noise level monitor above the roof over the spa facing the back yard; it does not have a view of the spa.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
