No smoking. . Beach House, situated on Hampshire’s Hayling Island has two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean to enjoy. There is a third bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed. Making the most of the views, the owners have created a fantastic living space with bi-folding doors straight out of the living into the beach facing garden and a dining room with further ocean views- perfect spot for an evening meal.

Local paddle boating and windsurfing lessons are available close by. Every year there is a national windsurfing event, and a hive of sailing and nautical activity can be seen along the coastline. For those that want to join in, you will find two paddle boards and two long boards in the garage that can be used.
