From the kitchen you gain access to the rear patio area which is a great place to sit and relax in the sun with a morning coffee and the newspapers. With the cottage having front and rear patio areas you can chase the sun and sit out all day long should you wish.

Alternatively, the beautiful cathedral city of Ripon is only 11 miles away along with the spa town of Harrogate 30 minutes by car and the historic city of York only a further 30 minutes. Local attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Park near Ripon, Brimham Rocks near Summerbridge and How Stean Gorge near Lofthouse which are all a must.
