Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way.

the main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed Bedrooms and the living room are set up with Roku Smart TV, ready for movie night. The kitchen is organized and ready for cooking. Coffee bar with Dual coffee pot with full pot or Keurig cup capabilities. Washer and dryer in Unit.
