exmouthβs stunning marina is around the corner where you can take boat trips along the jurassic coast or to topsham, starcross or the river exe floating cafe For dining, The Grove, The Beach and The Point are all within 2 minutesβ walk and the popular Rock Fish restaurant has recently opened at the end of the road.
for those people that wish to travel with the whole family (furry ones too!) dogs are welcomed too (for a small additional fee) exmouth is incredibly dog friendly and a large number of the pubs and restaurants are happy to allow dogs, as is the beach area that is closest to the property!
once upon a tide comprises of an entrance hall leading off to a living room with two sofas (one doubles as a 4βsofa-bed for occasional use) and a dining table plus a tv with freeview and wifi available, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with bunk beds and additional trundle if needed There is a modern shower room and separate WC with hand-basin. The modern kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine leads to a small area by the kitchen rear door where you can catch the last of the sun in the evening (there is access down the staircase to refuse area and rear gate). There is also a garage that comes with the property - which could be used for parking or to store bikes or perhaps paddleboards!.
