Positioned short walk to the centre of St Mawes while being in a secluded spot makes this property perfect for families or couples. All the village facilities are close at hand including Summers Beach, the regular ferries to Place, Falmouth and Truro.

There is a lovely outside patio area perfect to take in the views and evening sun. There is parking for one car outside the property and further parking in the village public car park.
