Spend time together walking, cycling, boating, bird watching, fishing (in season, with the required licence), or visiting the Broads or Norfolk coast. Superb for families, as well as a romantic haven for an elegant couple’s getaway. Completely refurbished in 2022 to offer a high standard of furnishing, offering discerning guests comfort and style. The master bedroom with kingsize bed boasts views of the river with a backdrop of the Norfolk marshes, rich with wildlife, and a further twin-bedded room looks down on the courtyard garden to the rear. Boasting open-plan accommodation on the ground floor, it makes for light, airy and very sociable living. The well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare meals and dine at home. Leading off the kitchen is the enclosed, private courtyard garden with seating furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. Worry not, for those that prefer to dine out there are plenty of great eateries nearby. The village has two pubs, both serving food, a shop, fish and chip shop, delicatessen with café, a quaint post office and tea shop and a micro-brewery.
