The terraced cottage has been thoughtfully furnished and presented and is just a short walk down to Instow’s beach. It has a wood burner in the living room to provide a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, as well as a rear courtyard, which also benefits from a rear access, which is ideal for muddy/sandy paws, or for surfboards and bikes. In the summer season, the owner has secured a permit to park at the North Devon Cricket Club which is a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Anchor Cottage is a level walk to all the restaurants, bars and pubs in Instow and there is even a very well-stocked and popular deli/convenience shop located within easy walking distance.
