The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, living room and powder bath. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath, the laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds and a hall bath. The living room sofa and sleeper sofa are queen pull out sleepers.
