the only unknown expense is the electricity Unfortunately during period all inclusive, we noticed that customers do not play along : some people keep windows opens with air conditioning working including during extended absence to visit, keep all lights switch on during all the night,.... Thus, we have revised our prices down to let you pay only your own electricity consumption, almost as villa rentals worldwide.
however, in thailand, electricity is 99% linked to your air conditioning consumption; and the yai land villa is equipped only upscale air conditioning lg and samsung dual inverter & inverter allowing to save electricity consumption
