bondi is renowned for its beach, food scene, and boutique shopping, making it a perfect destination for a holiday, work, or some well-deserved r&r While enjoying Bondi’s energy, please be aware that as a thriving area, there is an ongoing development in a neighbouring building.
construction occurs monday through friday from 7 am. to 5 p.m and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rest assured, there is no work on Sundays or public holidays. Most visitors spend their days out and return in the evenings, so this shouldn’t impact your stay. We've also adjusted our rates to account for this temporary situation.
