vacation rental amenities: us citizens, so no passport need in pr panoramic view in the backyard with sunset balcony, near main expressways. we accept pets inside the house also smoking outside the house. If you have a special request let us know, we might be able to provide it.
activities and attractions: all water sports at 15 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old san juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like plaza las americas (biggest in all the caribbean) 15 minute drive, tennis courts etc.
the rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for one night with groups that comes from the cruise lines and want to know about old san juan and our culture too Additional persons are $25 per person per night.
