Positive: Location was great, though parking in Vienna is paid unfortunately. The apartment is very spacious with a bit of a student society atmosphere.

Negative: There's some maintenance required, for example: a curtain rail broke down pretty much the moment we touched it. From the way it looked it seemed to be wear that caused it to break down.
