we love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! to ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· a $120/stay pet fee per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via airbnb resolution request If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· we can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs)
· pets must be kenneled and house trained
· all pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home
· pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
· pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
· guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals
