1) 4 people max and all guests must be on the reservation
2) if more than 4 people are on the property you will be subject to an immediate cancellation and additional fees
3) no smoking or vaping on the property, including the backyard and back porch if you smoke you must head outside onto the public parking lot or grass area
4) no events
5) no loud music or other outdoor loud noises between 10pm and 8am
6) guests are responsible for reimbursement of any broken items
7) for your own safety and our ability to best manage the property, we do have a camera at the front door and a noise monitor inside the home

2) one dog maximum Additional dogs, other types of pets (including cats) must be discussed prior to booking and are at the discretion of the host.
3) dog must be well behaved and not an excessive barker
