The house is tucked away in the quiet Lake Cunningham Hills neighborhood of Omaha. It is a beautiful, safe, walkable part of the city. Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees. It is close enough to the interstate to make getting anywhere in Omaha quick and easy, but far enough that you wouldn't even know the interstate was close.
the house has four bedrooms with queen beds in each, and three bathrooms, one of which is a full bathroom (with tub), while the other has a shower only The last bathroom only has a toilet (located in the basement laundry room). The fifth bed is a futon couch that opens up into a twin sized bed.
