as you step inside, you'll find the property is spread across multiple levels, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone

the ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home The dining/breakfast table in the kitchen makes for a great spot to enjoy homecooked meals and socialise together on an evening.
bathroom:
on the first floor, you'll find a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a day of exploring the local sights
- head upstairs to the second floor, and you’ll find the lounge area where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy some quality downtime together There is a Smart TV in here where you can log in to streaming sites such as Netflix, Prime, etc (please provide your own logins).

fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (one bath sheet and one hand towel per person) all hotel quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc. which will last a couple of days. if you want to do some shopping there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a 2-10 minute walk and a butchers and deli right next door which sells delicious breakfast rolls - no need to cook

we love dogs and they are welcome at the property We kindly ask that they do not sleep in the beds or go onto the furniture. We ask for an additional £20 per stay.
