having a car is pretty essential Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey. If you do have a car, the driveway can fit 3 cars and there is plenty of free street parking. Two cars can fit comfortably on the street in front of the home.
we do not have any child safety features in the home, while children are welcome, please monitor your children at all times
please do not leave your pets unattended alone at the home or in the backyard If pets must be left home please make sure they are crated. Please do not leave pet waste in the yard during your stay and make sure it is promptly cleaned. A limited supply of waste bags are available for the start of your stay. thank you!

Guests are instructed to follow safety laws, ensure the bicycle is in good condition, and immediately report any issues. 4 No parties. Please let us know if you plan to have a larger gathering for prior approval.
5 For laundry, a minimum half-load is required (to prevent the spin cycle from being off balance). Please wash any quilt comforter alone. Please spread items evenly around the laundry barrel to prevent "jumping," especially larger or bulky items.
6 While marijuana is legal, we must prohibit use in our home as smoke remediation is extremely expensive ($$$) and you would be responsible. That goes for regular smoking/vaping as well.
7 Please clean up after your pets in the yard, any waste left behind will incur an additional $100 fine..
