usable up to 6 people The bright eat-in kitchen has a south-facing balcony, looking towards the Kiel Canal (90 m away); 2 bedrooms with morning sun. The third bedroom is in the loft (good standing height). In front of it in the through room there is an additional bed as an alternative sleeping option (soon there will be 2 beds there; maximum occupancy is still 6 people). The space-saving staircase leading up there has a safety door for children at the top, but the staircase is not safe for small children. a total of 65 square meters of living space;
the bathroom has a tub and shower The balcony and the outside stairs are suitable for dogs. The apartment always has pleasant air thanks to automatic fresh air supply.
