In onze recentelijk herbouwde woonboerderij aan het Markermeer ( IJsselmeer ) hebben wij een ruime vakantie appartement gemaakt .
het ligt op 37 km van amsterdam en 25 km van zaandam Dichtbij (op ongeveer 3 km afstand)zijn gezellige stadjes Edam , Volendam of Marken te bezoeken.
u vindt hier allerlei voorzieningen zoals musea, winkels, restaurantjes en natuurlijk in de zomer de beroemde kaasmarkt
op loopafstand kunt u op zomerse dagen heerlijk naar het strand aan het markermeer, waarin gezwommen kan worden Vanwege werkzaamheden is dit nu niet mogelijk , hopelijk zijn deze gauw afgerond.
op ons terrein leven verschillende dieren zoals paarden, schapen, en katten
als u wilt kunnen wij u het een en ander laten zien van de dieren en vertellen over het leven op een boerderij
wij geven voorkeur aan gezinnen of mensen die van de omgeving en de rust willen genieten (geen huurders die overlast bezorgen in of buiten het huis, in dat geval moeten wij u aanspreken)

bij binnenkomst staat u in een ruime hal waar zich de wasmachine, droger en een toilet bevinden
daarna is er een grote woonkeuken voorzien van alle apparatuur zoals inductiekookplaat, koelvriescombinatie, vaatwasser, oven, senseo koffieapparaat en waterkoker
aansluitend ruime zitkamer waar een grote zithoek en smart tv staan en een vaste trap naar boven In het hele pand is WIFI.
op de eerste etage bevinden zich 3 ruime slaapkamers met verduisterende rolgordijnen: 2 slaapkamers hebben een 2persoonsbed, 1 kamer heeft een 1persoonsbed Er is mogelijkheid een extra matras op de grond te leggen.
er is een badkamer met ruime wastafel, grote inloopdouche, bubbelbad en toilet
op de 2e etage heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over het land en water
verder vindt u in dit huis :
een strijkplank, strijkbout, droogrek, stofzuiger, stoffer en blik
ook is er basisvoorraad aanwezig wat hieruit bestaat : 6 wc rollen, wasmiddel, verschillende basiskruiden, olie, handzeep, afwasmiddel, theedoek, handdoek, keukendoekje, vuilniszakken
uw volle vuilniszak kunt u in de grijze container op het erf deponeren
we hebben buiten op het terras een gezellige lounge set neergezet zodat u lekker ontspannen kunt genieten

we kunnen wat kleine boodschappen voor u kopen als u op een laat uur aankomt
