guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas

video cameras: there are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.
