Even Publix grocery store is only a 10 minute walk away. If you want to leave your car behind, ride one of the 4 bikes in the garage for the week. Ride to the beach, CB’s Marina, Captain Curt’s, Daiquiri Deck, Screaming Goat Tacos, Piccolos Italian Deli or grab a drink at the Classic Thirsty Turtle. It’s all here for you. This area of Gulf Gate is known for great ethnic restaurants from Japanese, Italian, Thai, Greek, German, etc.

there are two bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a Tuft & Needle Mint Mattress, 6 drawer dresser, sitting chair and another dresser in the closet.

the garage has 4 bikes, helmets, beach chairs and an umbrella for your use The bikes are to be used at your own risk and a waiver must be signed before using them.
