3 Bedroom Condo in Walden on Lake Conroe, Montgomery
Enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake with floor to ceiling windows, double wraparound porches that will make you will feel right at home! Take a dip in the neighborhood pool or roll out the included lily pad and jump in the lake. This property has a private, outdoor entrance and is located on the first floor (master suite is the entire second floor); corner end unit. Tie up your boat or other toys overnight in the private marina cove right outside of the condo. No boat? No problem! Einstein's is a short walk away and has boats for renting or you can rent from boatsetter and individuals will drop the boat off in front of our unit.
first floor is the living space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms The bunk room has a tv and DVD player, the queen bedroom has a tv and an ensuite bathroom. staircase to the second floor leads to the master bedroom with sweeping lake views, en-suite bathroom, sitting area with a serta pullout twin sleeper chair, coffee bar (keurig) and laundry!
kitchen has everything you need and more! in addition to the standard appliances and dishes, it has a ninja blender with smoothie cup attachments, air fryer, large drip coffee pot and filters (keurig is located in master coffee bar), toaster, stainless steel cookware, non-stick cookware, bakeware, wine and whiskey glasses for enjoying a drink on the newly tiled patios (2022 refresh)

you'll have access to the whole condo, community pool, lake conroe, tie ups, the yacht club, lakeside/view restaurants and the walden landscaped trails and outdoor parks If you need boat ramp access, please message me so I can get you the paperwork for your trailer. We’ve stocked the living area with movies and games when you are taking a break from enjoying the lake. There are inflatable kayaks, an inflatable paddle board, 2 inflatable rocker floats for your use and fishing in the cove is always an option! Please make sure water toys are dry and not muddy before putting back away. This ensures we can offer our next guests the same amenities you enjoyed! Community charcoal grills are available for your use near the pool. The unit is stocked with grill utensils.

loads of places to rent a boat, shop, restaurants, etc all very close by Walden's golf course is open to the public - bring your clubs! As our guests, you also have access to the yacht club pool open year round with amazing views of Lake Conroe and a dedicated splash pad for the littles! You can enjoy tennis or pickleball on one of Walden’s 16 courts. we’re just a quick boat or car ride away from margaritaville!
