This house sets on Shafer's Waterfront Resort property located on Dike Road, Mojave Valley, AZ. Our resort has two houses 79306 (river view, but behind) and 1565718. We have 1 private deck, and boat ramp for your use. We also have a sandy beach area; as well as a grass beach area.
our properties are located across the river from needles in a gated community One of our decks sets out over the river point and the other is just off our sandy beach. This house is less than 120 ft from the water. Both houses sleeps 6 adults, for a small fee you may add four children.
shafer's waterfront resort has 120 feet of river front for our 2 rentals The houses are on 2 lots, which gives you ample of parking for all your boats & toys.
the boat dock was dismantled on october 12, 2019 We are waiting fabrication plans for our new dock. The water front deck has been rebuilt May 2021.
this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Inside, you will find 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 roll-away beds, and a twin air bed. The roll-away beds and the air mattress our kept in the master bedroom walk-In closet.
the couch may be used as a bed Only if you cover it with sheets. Extra sheets sets are kept in each bedroom for your convenience. No more than 10 house guest is allowed.
