- all pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel When walking pets off property, leashes must be used.

- up to 6 vehicles allowed Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- do not turn the ac below 70 degrees If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- no jumping or diving into the water Children must be supervised at all times.
- the homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
