This beautiful waterfront home was updated with a modern feel, while still maintaining its Northwest contemporary charm. The wide deck offers a truly remarkable view and access to Westcott Bay and the surrounding landscapes. Paddle boarders and kayakers will find the access of launching their personal crafts as easy as possible! The house offers a deep-water mooring buoy to tie a boat up to if necessary; low tide provides 8’ depth and is safe for boats 50' or less. (house does not supply kayaks or paddle boards)
westcott bay shellfish farm is directly across the bay, close enough to paddle board or kayak your way over to pick up the freshest shellfish on san juan island! this 2-bedroom (plus additional sleeping space), 3-bathroom home is perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, the second bedroom has a queen and en suite bath, and the third sleeping space has a queen bed with a bathroom nearby.

very nearby attractions include the wescott bay cidery/san juan island distillery and the westcott bay shellfish company there are also some lovely walking hikes on the roche harbor trails and across the bay at english camp where the view from the top is well worth the hike!
