Make memories at this newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms that each have a queen bed, private screened porch and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.
this suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites. The property has a beautiful beach with complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, gas BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. a perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy the lake!
