It has a king bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and a second room with 2 twin beds that shares the king on-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Summary: Stayed recently and gave a 4 star only because of two things. I feel that the bathroom door would not close all the way and we had to prop table against it - no privacy at all.And the path to water was a bit treacherous to get to. All in all the lower unit needs some updating and quick fixes. Location was good and owner was very responsive. All in all a 4 out 5 stars.
