Grassy soccer field with walking trail. Laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. Located in east Mesa, very easy access to Hwy 60 and Loop 202. 15 minutes from the Superstition Mountains, 10 minutes from the Usery Mountains. 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 35 minutes from SkyHarbor airport. Restaurants and shopping …. 5-10 minutes in multiple directions. Fully Stocked Kitchen. Roku streaming for the 32' TV in the great room w DVR and DVD Player and the 27' TV in Primary Bedroom. New Electric Grill. 1 car garage with remote.
