Located close to the Appalachian Trail, waterfalls, public boat launch, ATV trails and miles of gravel roads to walk, mountain bike, snowshoe, xc ski or snowmobile. Mooselookmeguntic Lake offers clean water for swimming and watersports, remote beaches and places to explore (with approximately half of the lake in preserves), fishing, loon calls, and beautiful views with mountains in the background. The closest town is 12 miles away. We do accept well behaved dogs (please have them on flea/tick protection). And then there are the dark skies with clean air for spectacular star gazing..
