we are in a very central part of west asheville but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street It’s a ten minute meandering walk up to Sunny Point, One World Brewing, the Whale, Golden Pineapple, Early Girl, and many others. On Tuesdays you can walk up to the farmers market. There are close by playgrounds and dog parks. Ride your bike down to the greenway with ease. Or hop in your car and be downtown in five minutes.
our space offers a separate entrance and complete privacy from the home above The one-bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the pull-out couch with a queen mattress provides additional sleeping space for friends and family.
