there are 63 undeveloped acres next to us, and three neighbors on bucolic three acre sites on the other side Kanuga Conference is just across the road from our property.
it's very peaceful here with abundant wildlife The area has wild turkeys, an owl who lives near our driveway hill, many rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, deer, foxes, coyotes, bears, geese, ducks, birds of all sorts, and fish in the pond. Hendersonville is a bird sanctuary, a nature lovers paradise.

we are dog lovers and welcome well behaved dogs Limit of two dogs. All dogs must be at least two years old and housebroken, spayed or neutered, non-marking, non-aggressive, well socialized dogs with current vaccinations and flea/tick treatment. Your dogs can run free off leash, if you like. We caution against small dogs running free, as there is an owl and hawks living here. We have dog dishes and dog towels.
