as you take a few steps up from the foyer of the 2-story condo a large open-concept living space awaits with tall wood accent ceilings & a unique clay fireplace as the centerpiece of the room The living room features a chestnut leather couch with 2 mid-century modern chairs & a refinished driftwood coffee table overlooking a mounted Smart TV. The textures & colors throughout the space elevate the ambiance while allowing it to still be cozy & the perfect place to catch up on your favorite shows or read a book.
if you take the stairs on the right side of the living room, you will find the dedicated office space on the landing If you have a few emails to catch up on, an office desk & chair are available overlooking the whole living space below. The 2 large windows in this space energize the area making it the perfect place to get creative or find a seat at the bench to read, draw, or write.
the stairs to the left of the living space take you to the bedrooms as well as a laundry closet with a washer & dryer available for you to use if needed Additional cleaning supplies, hangers & an iron can also be found here.
