sunny and spacious 3 bed/2 bath upper-level (3rd story) unit with one ensuite bath, double vanity, and a clawfoot tub! the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are in tandem, access is through the 2nd bedroom There is a private deck with a patio set to enjoy outdoor dining amongst the trees. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. The smart TV has streaming apps (personal subscriptions needed) and 400 Mbps high-speed internet. We provide beach towels for hanging out at the river. The downstairs unit is a short-term rental as well, please be respectful of their space and noise level. We provide a Pack 'n Play portable crib with organic cotton sheet & blanket. *The fireplace is electric and a secondary source of heat.
