Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom.
we went with a romantic, french country theme in our color scheme and decor for the space The furniture is overstuffed to provide you with as much comfort as possible.
i am local but do not plan to visit unless requested or needed please feel free to ask about the great restaurants and things to do in the area!

safe neighborhood with the police station and government building just a block away Walking distance to all the cute shops and local restaurants and brewerys of downtown Miamisburg.
please note that this is located in an older, downtown setting and there is an active train in the neighborhood Individually wrapped ear plugs and a white noise/sound machine are provided for light sleepers..
