this family-friendly/dog-friendly property boasts an open floor plan with a range of amenities expected in a home newly constructed in 2023 The first floor has a gourmet kitchen, dining table seating for 8, kitchen island seating for 4, spacious family room with large smart TV and plenty of comfy seating, and a pretty screened porch with a dining table for 6, relaxing seating for long conversations, a smart TV and an additional patio with outside shower and gas grill. There are two first floor bedrooms - one King bedroom with a private bathroom, and one Queen bedroom next to the guest bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The laundry room (with separate large capacity washer and dryer) sits off the kitchen and provides access to the garage and a place for beach gear.
the second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large open loft area Two spacious bedrooms have Queen beds (and TVs), a "bunk room" has a queen over queen bunk, as well as two recliners (and a smart TV set up for gaming). The relaxing loft is set up for games and hanging out, with a fold out couch that allows for extra sleeping space for 1-2, a small game table with seating for 4 and a smart TV.
