the condo is located on the 2nd story of 3 floors There is no elevator so you will need to use a set of stairs to get to the unit. It is common to hear noise from the unit above or from guests in the courtyard or adjoining units. The community is made up of other vacation rentals, full time residents and second homes. it's a very friendly community, we like our neighbors, and ask that you follow the simple hoa rules:
