Introducing Sand Dollar Dunes LCV30 a colorful and charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the ideal beach getaway. Beautiful white washed pine flooring in kitchen, living and dining. Spacious bedrooms with updated baths are a bonus! Second refrigerator located in the garage. There is also a washer/ dryer. Literally steps to the community pool or take the boardwalk to the beach. This Fabulous home is located in beach front Lost Colony Villas. The primary of this home has a king size bed and the second bedroom a queen bed & a twin day bed with twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Each of the bedrooms has a private bath. The open living room / kitchen area has plenty room to gather in the evening. This community has a boardwalk to the beach and a community pool. Located on a secluded beach on Mustang Island this is the perfect place for a family vacation. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. No parking in the grass or street. Towing enforced by the HOA.
