Positive: Everything. Every small detail was taken into consideration. Carpets in lifts change thrice a day. :-D Unique experience. Stylish rooms. Stylish hotel. Very very welcoming staff. The guys on ground floor are very welcoming and helpful. Checkin and checkouts are very quick and simple. Hats off to Charlotte. Home Automation with Ipad controls for lights, AC and TV. Variety in breakfast. Excellent location. Worth the Money. Definitely would go back again. Whatever, Whenever. :-D

Negative: Literally nothing. Breakfast area could be a little bigger. But its not crowded; well managed.
