the open floorplan offers lots of deep seating in the large living area, a cozy gas fireplace and an extra long dining table that can seat up to 10 A large entry with lots of hooks for everyone's snow suits, a full bathroom and large bedroom with King bed finish off the ground floor.
upstairs you will find a large, open loft with a second living area, perfect for the kids to hang out There is a sofa with pull out bed and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single over single bunk beds to sleep 4. There is also another full washroom with laundry.
out on the sunny deck we have a large hot tub (available year round!) and bbq There is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside and outside the unit. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs when permission is given by the property manager and with payment of a $100 pet fee. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Any smoking or not picking after up your pet will result in heavy fines.
