It is a two-floor modern 340sqm house surrounded by its own private 3,400 sqm Mediterranean garden with a private swimming pool. It is placed in an extremely peaceful area with astonishing views into Cala Benirras, a legendary location well known for its sunsets. Access is via electronic gates. The front of the house is made of a glass wall looking into the bay.
